I had a factory installed SXM antenna installed in my car, but the antenna that came with my new unit wasn't plug compatible, so I was working to install a new one, including making a new hole in the roof of my car. Thankfully I found out about this before I got the drill out. It installed in minutes and the old antenna works great. Great little adapter, highly recommended.

This is for Sirius radio units not the SXV300 tuner that you need for Sirius Ready aftermarket radios. Just FYI.

I did not use the product for it's original intent.. I needed a new end for my truck antenna on my motor home.I cut off the end and spliced into the RG58U cable.This adaptor is flexible and the additional quality built in did not help me as the stranded wire was lighter than the solid center of my current cable.This product got me where I needed to go - thanks!

All though the fakra k end fit perfectly to my digital antenna connection, the smb connection did not fit the Siriusxm tuner module. It was just slightly to small. The description was leaving me unsure but I tried it anyway. The description sounds like it is supposed to go into the back of a siriusxm radio tuner not the add on that goes inside of the dash. No ones fault. For me the description wasn't clear to me if for a radio or a tuner module.

While this adapter is slightly pointless, as Curry K is just a SMB with a plastic plug; this is an okay adapter. My only concern with this is that the center pin on the SMB end wasn’t centred within the plug and had to be bent back into place. The reception from my factory satellite antenna seems to be passing through just fine. I did have to secure this adapter to my Sirius module to keep the connection stable.

So far so good, they just work as they should. Don't pay too much for cables!

Used this to plug the factory SiriusXM antenna into an aftermarket radio in my 2013 Mustang.

Ordered this to connect original antenna cable to standalone Sirius XM Onyx unit after changing radio to aftermarket. Works like a champ, simple plug and play. If you want to place your XM unit somewher further away from the radio though, I recommend getting antenna cable extension as well
