I have used this product before, it is good quality. I bought it as a gift through here because it was less expensive. It arrived quickly and in good condition. Plenty of packing for protection.

I love the flavor of citrus zest but it is such a pain that I rarely use it. These oils are actually a wonderful alternative! My only complaint is that the bottles should come with an eye dropper top. I bought some on Amazon separately and it is so easy to use!

These citrus oils are perfect additions to amping the flavor profile of spring and summer baked goods. I have used them in sweet rolls and cakes over the years.

I’m a citrus zest nut and will put it in practically anything and everything. For those times where I don’t have the fruit or just need a quick shortcut, I have found them to be a good alternative. Of course as a real citrus zest nut I would like to see other flavors such as grapefruit, Buddha’s hand citron, and of course the perennial flavor of Meyer lemon. What is missing is an eyedropper type dispensing option. I’d pay extra for that as it allows those of us who wish to flavor say an individual serving of yogurt without pouring too much out.
