Brill fireplace, love the look of it on my wall, mounts so easy, remote works well, on gripe would be more detailed instructions on how to change the different colours/settings/turn the heat off completely. Other than that I would 100% recommend, even the app is not to bad. I would have liked one more feature and that would be if I had the wish to connect it to alexa, it would be bang on but we cant have everything I guess.

Love this fire, very stylish, looks amazing wall mounted. Great that it automatically switches off once room has reach desired temperature.The fan from the fan can be noisy as other people have said but we have not found this to be much of an issue as we would normally be listening to music or watching TV

Easy to hang and looks stunning.It was bought mainly for visual effect but is also a very competent heater.However,there are a couple of little things that could be improved.....Firstly the black mains lead can only exit the fire from the right hand side of the surround and is nowhere near long enough to re route and exit from the left hand side. ( worth bearing in mind if sockets are only on right hand side)The fan is the quietest in the world either.Also the european/ uk adaptor is cumbersone and ugly in my opinion.That said,I found a way to overcome my dislikes and I'm very happy with my purchase

This fire looks stunning in our lounge, contemporary design with clean lines, practical & functional. Love it !A few more logs would enhance the finished look, but looks great when lit anyway. Would have preferred the cable to be white rather than black but this was easily covered with cable sheath.

The media could not be loaded. Lovely looking modern electric fireplace, mounts to the wall easily and is so easy to use. Warms our living room up a treat but mainly use it for the visual aspect.Really well packaged and instructions are easy to follow.Highly recommended this.

Excellent fire, looks great on the wall, and generates plenty of heat. The only issue is it is quite noisy and makes a clicking sound, but you soon get used to that and it isn’t enough of an issue for me to drop down to a 4 star review. Would recommend!

We like the product but it arrived damaged which is disappointing. The pictures show damage the product had when it arrived.
