Tried it and it sealed an aluminum radiator the first time
I got a few puncture holes in my Polaris Ranger aluminum radiator, that Polaris wants $400 for a replacement. So I opted to try this Stic Tite after watching a couple youtube videos. I cleaned the damaged area with an old toothbrush and acetone, since it wasn't very dirty but still wanted to get any oil off the aluminum surface. Once it was ready, used a propane torch to gently heat the surrounding area and then dabbed the Stic Tite around the hot area, careful to keep it from charring but long enough to melt and fill the holes. Didn't really have a lot of confidence as I could barely see the Stic Tite coating and first time trying this repair out. After cooling, I filled the radiator and checked for any leaks or drips. Couldn't see any. So I left it overnight and then checked the water level in the radiator. It had gone down maybe an inch from the top. I figured it could be because I didn't wait long enough for any trapped air to escape. So I filled it up to the top and then ran the UTV around doing chores, keeping an eye on the radiator temperature. The Ranger will shut the engine off if it overheats anyway. When I checked the water level again, it hadn't dropped at all. I checked periodically over the next few weeks and still at the same level.Color me impressed!

Great for aluminum radiators
Works well. Make sure the area is clean and dry.The product is rolled in a 4-5 inch diameter loop. Tough to hold the whole roll at once. Easier to cut a 6” piece at a time to use.

This stuff works
I was making a fan shroud for a radiator and put 2 holes in it with a drill bit. Used some solder to fill in the holes but it didn't seal up all the way. Bought this stuff and its amazing. Melts with a propane torch like a crayon and sealed all pinholes. Pressure tested with no leaks.

It works
Skeptical at first but cheaper than replacing entire rad, going on 2 months in a work truck

It actually worked on AL radiator
I bought it just to see if it would work and it has been successful in stopping the leak - not enough time to evaluate longevity of repair
