Best price I found for good pants hangers. They are good enough for the job and I just like the wood. • Hard wood used so that part is durable. • Metal is secure in the wood. • The clamps are strong enough to hold heavy pants, but don't seem overly compressing of fabric to cause excessive dimpling. • Little soft textured plastic pads form the teeth of the clamps to hold pants securely and should protect pants from Most potential rust. I say Most above because –while the metal appears to be plated to prevent rust– a tiny bit of metal can touch pants where gripped. That bit of metal is smooth with rounded corners to prevent any snagging of pants material. But there is the long term slight possibility of metal corroding in contact with pants. I doubt that such would happen short of generational storage of clothes in a humid environment. But I am trying to be thorough.

The hangers are fine, but two of them (out of 10) had one clip twisted... Impossible to arrange it, they are stuck like this :(
