it's a sharpener with three sizes of holes. i used the biggest one for a hugh pencil i have and it did the job

I’m a preschool teacher and this has my seal of approval! It can sharpen the big colored pencils, all different sizes and brands of crayons, and more! Easy to use for kids and adults, and has really held up! I can’t believe I tried buying the electric crayola crayon sharpener twice to have this plastic sharpener be our go-to. It’s the best!
