I’ve been using the BestQool Red Light Therapy panel for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference. The build quality is solid it feels like a professional-grade device, not one of those cheap, flimsy panels. The modular design is a great touch because it gives you the option to expand your setup later if you want to cover a larger area. I mainly use it for recovery after workouts and to help with occasional joint pain. Within the first week, I started noticing reduced soreness and faster recovery times. My skin also looks a bit more vibrant, which was a nice bonus I wasn’t really expecting.

After comparing many different light therapy (I watched all the YouTube etc), this was for sure the best option. I am 100% glad I purchased this version. It came quickly and is ‘plug-and-go’. I was skeptical it was going to have an immediate feeling, but you can really feel the warmth and it just feels relaxing to absorb. It has heft to it, I was worried it would feel cheap or just fall over but nope! Very sturdy. The buttons are easy and there’s an “auto-off” feature. A pleasant surprise was that you can do both Red+IR light. (Or just separate.) Also comes with eye protection! Definitely recovering faster and having less pain after a couple of uses, but I’m not sure if that’s placebo. Will try and update to see.

Cada vez que la usaba sin exepciones me quitaba la vista, tal cual me dejaba 30 minutos completamente ciega y viendo todo negro y poco a poco me iba regresando la vista, aun con los lentes protectores sentia los rayos transpasando mis ojos.( Tengo ojos claros) Yo la deje de usar porque me dio mucho miedo, ya que estuve leyendo que los rayos infrarrojos queman el iris y no hay cura. Es muy buena solo concidera si la quieres para terapia de luz roja para la cara y usar con tu rutina de skincare, ten cuidado ya que es demasiado potente.
