They taste fine but I’ll have to keep taking them for another couple of months before I’ll see proof of whether or not they make a difference. I have celiac disease so these are great because they are gluten free, also because of my condition my thyroid and hormones have been severely abused throughout my life time so if these work it would be a game changer. For any of those who are texture sensitive, it is a bit grainy. I do feel like I have more energy but that could also be due to me getting more sleep.

This has done me wonders as I suffer from thyroid issues. I can tell when I don’t use it. Taste great too!

Honestly, I was skeptical of the product at first, the gummies have a waxy feel and texture that I do not like, however I noticed after 2 weeks of taking them that suddenly my face had completely cleared of cystic acne, I felt clearer headed, and generally had a more stable mood. I finished my first bottle and didn't immediately order a second one, within a week I had massive face breakouts and was feeling sluggish again so I purchased a second bottle. Will update on if the acne clears up quickly, it is bad right now.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 29 years ago, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis 10 years ago. Needless to say I have extensive knowledge about prescription "medicines". Looking for an alternative, I tried these gummies. I did read many reviews, yet was still hopefully they would benefit me in same way. Sadly after 6 weeks, I will not be ordering these again. I have tried taking them at difference times of the day, to lessen some effects, with no luck. Gummies are easy to chew, taste is tolerable. My sleep quality has not improved, nor has my energy level. If anything I have a lower energy level than prior to taking these gummies. My biggest complaint with the product is the horrible constipation it has left me with. Since starting these gummies, I went from regular once a day to fighting gas cramps through out the day, and passing small amounts multiple times a day. I have changed nothing else about my diet, except adding these chews. I am not sure what ingredients (kelp/iodine or something else) has caused this, but for me there was no value for the money. Had I experienced a boost in energy I would have said they were effective, but I can't even give it a star for that. For me: Effectiveness is rated a zero.
