Value Hardwood Scroll Frame, 10-Inch x 24-Inch

Solid item, but a little tricky to use. I am a beginner to this type of embroidery stretcher.

All parts are solid and well constructed. Wingnuts hold well but I have also bought the wood knobs as I am hoping those don't catch on things as much as the sharp-edged wingnuts. I ordered this item specifically so that I could stitch my cross-stitch or embroidery onto the fabric strips stapled to the dowel arms. Was disappointed upon opening the package as it was not the item I ordered. It is the method using Velcro and where you have to buy the sticky Velcro for every project. I have made a work-around by using the sticky Velcro on fabric of my own and can now stitch my project to these and then Velcro them to the dowels. Thus the three stars for the item pictured and ordered not the item that arrived.

Box arrived very damaged. The picture shows a frame with webbing. Instead it came with Velcro. I took it to USPS to return and was told that the return label provided by the company was not enough....I had to pay an extra $9 to return. Very frustrating.

This frame seems fine for use with my cross stitch. It is not too overwhelming in size and very easily used every day.

Had to tweak it a bit to get it to work with my lap stand by American Dream Products, but works great with it now.

This product does not work well for needlepoint projects. The wing nuts are too tiny and difficult to tighten and stay tightened. Also the scroll rods are too tiny for a needlepoint canvas.

Took a chance on this product even with the bad reviews as you cannot find a scroll frame locally.Believe the negative reviews it will not/does not tighten or stay tightened properly so you can't keep any kind of tension on your project.Save yourself the time and frustration, Spend the extra $$$ and buy a hardwood scroll frame with a slotted rod.

Rods are bowing under tension. I’m afraid the rods are too flimsy to manage the use and will soon crack in half. . I’m returning it with sadness as the item is perfect otherwise.

It is a very pretty frame. The cloth part of the frame is velcro strip

Arrived one day later than stated. Looks great, love that it has Velcro and I’m excited to try it out with my next project!👍👍

Terrible. Arrived broken, received a refund but didn't bother to order again - the dowels are so thin I had no doubt that if the next one arrived intact it wouldn't take long to break them even with regular use.
