Just to make sure I understand the measurements, is the whole screen 18.5" wide and 9.5" tall?

Yes, the dimensions are true. This is a table top screen about as tall as a sheet of paper. More like the size of a large soda cup in height. They are pretty and I ordered several.

Is this already assembled?

Yes, it comes already assembled just like in the picture and it is mini so hopefully, it's what you're looking for.

Can you mount this on the wall as a wall display ?

No this is meant to be free standing. It would not do well mounted considering the movable joints and the folds in the piece.
