Park Avenue Prince Paperback

So this is my first book by the author and I want to say I like the story! Not overly excited or anything with the book. For me it was same as other billionaire stories… now the positive stuff… I really like how Sam was not like ‘I have money, do as I say’ the male character was very refreshing with his dark past and his affinity to everything he owns or doesn’t own in this case. The heroine, Grace Astor, according to me was a bit of cliché. She obviously like any other princess had mommy problems who cheats on her husband.Now, newly resident on Park Avenue, Sam, wants to decorate his home… so he hires a decorator who takes his to an art gallery opening where he meets Grace and was so intrigued with her and her view to art.Now he wants her as her decorator and quite forces her to so… when Grace find out the place he lives is exactly the building she grew up it, she made an impression of him in her mind of rich, obnoxious, gets-everything-he-wants kind of man but after spending time with him she discovers the real him and falls for him.If you are into billionaire type of story and want a cool story with no too much of drama or anything read this one!

Some books are just special. No reason the story,dialogues,the hero,the heroine,characterization....Sam is just so...Grace is perfect for him.Angie is precious.To men like Sam Waitvand Hope for Ultimate Bliss

I’ve just finished reading all five of Louise Bay’s The Royals series and really enjoyed each one! Each is different, but the same themes and characters travel throughout the series. Great characters, believable and endearing. Well plotted and paced, steamy and heartfelt. The best way to spend a rainy afternoon. I highly recommend all five books!!

Beautiful story with beautiful ending to the series. Another book that was hard to put to rest before finishing. Lots of happy tears

Sam Shaw most certainly was the Park Avenue Prince in many ways and he met his Princess in Grace an absolutely fantastic book !
