Alimentari: Salads + Other Classics from a Little Deli that Grew

I love this middle eastern cookbook! First it is beautiful and I have given it out as gifts to friends. Secondly, the recipes are amazing and fresh. The roasted pumpkin salad I made for Thanksgiving and there was nothing left. Also, you will not find a better Lebanese Cucumber Salad or meatball wrap. Stop looking at other cookbooks and get this one!

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant while in Melbourne and was struck by how wonderful and unique their salads were. I was delighted to see that they have a cookbook out. I have looked at all of the recipes and cant wait to try them out!
