About 300 lumens
The adhesive is fairly strong even when you have to remove the strip and reapply it. The leds put out about 300 lumens of light with two stripes about 12 inches apart so those of you who are planning on using these for plant setups like I did this equates to low indirect light. I plan on doubling up the led stripping and seeing if that will bring the lumens up to around 600. Overall for the money these seems to be pretty good. I've only had them installed a coulple days so if they fail I'll update this review. One thing to keep in mind with leds is that if you run them at 100% they will not last as long so if your worried about reviews saying they died real quick maybe try running them at 80% to increase the life expectancy.

Low cost and reliable

IR receiver
A little over a month after buying this the lights started flashing. Unplugged and plugged back. Next day started flashing again. This time one side is not illuminating at all. And remote control won’t work to turn lights off. Lights just won’t do anything but flash. And I’m too late for return or exchange.

Fairly Decent Lights for the Money
For the money, these are pretty decent. I installed these under my upper kitchen cabinets. I guess it's just me but hooking up the LED strip connections when needed is not real easy to do especially with the silicone waterproof stripping incorporated on the strip. I actually found making connections very frustrating. But this was probably just me. The adhesion is ok but not the very best but I guess it will hold. I did use a few clips provided in places I felt the strip wasn't holding real well. The brightness is is decent but I felt they could have been a little brighter at the 100% setting. But overall they are fairly decent for the $22.00 and some change I spent for them.

Led out door stip lights
These lights work great on my deck. I cut them and sodered small 30g wire around deck rail posts. The adhesive works great and I am running them on old 12v car battery along with a 8vdc to 40vdc input to 12dcv output buck converter converter booster. And they have been working flawlessly
