Excellent. Looks well made. Not made for light work, intricate or small parts. Adjusts from 20 to 80 watts it comes with ONE 10mm wide tip. The shank size of tips is also 10mm.You can buy a set of three Weller 6.4mm tips (10mm shank)Weller WLTCH60IR80 Chisel Soldering Tip 6.4 mm for WLIR80, 3 PK amazon.Tips got to work at and survive 80 WATTS so unlikely you will get one narrower. You would be looking at approx 3mm wide tip on a 25 watt iron and 4mm on a 40 watt. So this iron may not suit all your needs.

Tip eroded in less than a day
Decent product but was missing the sponge that it said it came with and also the tip eroded in less than a day rendering it useless and the replacement tips are about £20 for 3 so seems like a bit of a rip off, be better off getting a cheap soldering iron from Tesco

Good news, it gets very hot which is what i needed but, this product is a poor, if I were Weller I'd be ashamed.1. The cables are really stiff, they are the incorrect type for a soldering iron, as soon as you pick the iron up the stiff cable will pull the stand over before it straightens out.2. The stand is really light which does not help the above.3. The iron has to be held in the stand upside down, this is because the heat from the iron will rise and melt the plastic if it is the other way up. This is poor design and sub standard materials.4. The holes to hold spare tips are useless, the tips are long and you cant get them in and out because the iron holder blocks them, and this may be hot, so they are trapped.5. As it was quite expensive, im just going to change the wire to a flexible type, so i opened it up, obviously i can solder but a bit of a surprise inside. Weller seem to be anti solder! Nasty twist connectors joining 3 different gauge of cables together and even some cardboard! Yep. Attached a picture.

Great item. But you need to buy additional tips.

Je n’ai pas pu l’utiliser car il n’est pas conforme au fer à souder, l’ouverture est trop étroite pour recevoir le fer
