I'm not a techie but was able to install this cam quickly! 👍 Cams, cables and instructions are included in the box. It's very simple, you follow the instructions to plug in the device, download the app and you can view it on your phone. Great picture quality even at night! ! It gives me motion detection alerts and has clear 2way audio. For the price I paid it was definitely wort ;)

It literally says in the item description "360° Dog Camera - VENZ 1080P HD Pet Camera" and it couldn't possibly be any further from the truth.I bought this to try and replace the Petcube I bought a few years back. The features I liked were the 360 degree turning the camera can do along with the 100 degree or so tilt, up or down, it could do. It had night vision, motion tracking, and a great picture.While all that is generally true, it absolutely does not track your pets, their movements, or anything in your house unless you, yourself, move in front of it, which the camera just goes in a random place and just stays there until something crosses it. In my case, it looks out over the couch which sits directly to the left of the camera. So anything coming from 90% of the house goes untracked, unrecognized, and is completely oblivious to anything happening in the house.There's an ability in the app to set preset points and I tried that and still nothing happening unless you're literally dancing in front of the camera. There are no controls to adjust sensitivity to movement or sound either.I was waiting a week to see if anything could be done about how this camera behaves in the settings or if it needed time to adjust to the environment or something other than looking out over my couch. If it worked the way the item describes it as working, it would've been fine but it doesn't. If it did, the subscription for cloud storage of what it does record would've been cheap enough. It starts at $4.49/month for basic plans with a roughly 10% discount if you pay annually and it goes up to $69.99 annually for the pro plans.To recap: NO, it does not track pets. NO, it doesn't actually track motion unless you're dancing in front of it. NO, it doesn't recognize pets, only humans going in front of it. It is 100% NOT a dog or pet camera.

You have to manually save every video in the SD card." To save the SD card's videos, please follow this process to do : Please tap the playback icon and select the video you want to save, then you can save video by two ways: The first method: Click the record button in the lower right corner to start recording, the recorded video will be saved to the album of the APP, then click the video in the album, and select the share button to save the video locally. You can move it yourself, or set it to follow the motion. You can even adjust the sound and motion sensitivity of the alarm.Picture quality is second to none. Even at night, it's clear. Unlike our original display, it's blurry and pixelated even during the day. The sound is also much better than the crackling you're used to on your monitor. Two family members asked me to order their nooies after seeing ours! I would definitely buy it again, in fact we would buy another one and put it in our front window facing the garden and the front door!
