Laminated Blank World Map Outline Poster - Wall Chart Map of Earth - 18" x 29" (For Use With Wet Erase Markers Only)

We wanted a blank world map, that wasn't too intrusive, and that we could use to 'casually' brush up on geography knowledge with the children whilst hanging out. The map itself came well packaged and we flattened it out initially to make it easier to put into a frame. The map serves its purpose to some extent but where there is a boundary with the sea/ocean it is actually quite tricky to work out whether you are looking at the outline of a country or if the shape is created by an area of water.

I wouldn’t mind if a person could choose which country would be on the back of this map. I didn’t realize it had a map of the United States on the back, but I’m Canadian and I’d have loved a map of Canada on it. Other than that, I love this world map because I’m trying to test myself on countries and it’s really helping me. I use a dry erase marker and it’s easy to erase the (1 or 2 *wink*) mistakes I’ve made. I just used magnets and stuck it to the fridge for now to flatten it out.

These maps worked well for the students in my class. They are large and clear. Good quality lamination. Would buy again!

Good quality, very durable, perfect for memorizing countries and the capitals.

Bought this for my kids to practice with dry erase markers. They don’t erase! We tried different kinds. Was finally able to scrub it off with a magic eraser-still not easy though.
