Call Me Tree / Llamame arbol

After reading that this book was a multi award winning must have, I purchased it for about £10. What a boring, short book with a story about nothing. Waste of money, spend your tenner on a few books your children might actually be interested in!!

As the niece of two transgender people, I want to present to my daughter a world that is friendly towards all the people no matter where they come from and how they see themselves. I want her to love and respect everyone and also to be able to be whomever she is, knowing that I will support her throughout her life journey.This is why I bought this book because it is gender neutro and because I had seen the other author's books and I knew she'd do a great job with this new one.

I bought this book for my elementary students and they love the story and the pictures.

Such a great book! My toddler loves reading this and looking at the wonderful illustrations. Maya is an incredible author, illustrator, and person. Get this book for every kid you know!
