Starts out nice
But tends to slide and roll up as I get sweaty. Still good value for the cost, but at times I'm replacing it during my workout

Nice one
I am doing CrossFit for a 4 years and some time ago I decided to try grip tape to improve quality of my weightlifting trainings. Hook grip tape was a great choice. I have improved several PR's with it.
