Excellent book and very helpful with my journey. I stopped a lifetime of nail-biting as a result of doing the practices in this book - the funny thing was that I didn't even realize I'd stopped biting them until my manicurist wanted to put on a new set of acrylics and we discovered that there were 10 long nails underneath! Those were the last acrylics I had and that was 4 years ago.

A good book if you are looking to over come phobias and self-esteem issues yourself.

Great book for helping to heal from trauma and shame.
