Kona Kava Farm Instant 9% Kavalactone Powder Mix, Power Micronized Supplement Drink (Cocoa, 4 oz)

I ordered this twice because I liked it so much. I would mix it in with almond milk or chocolate milk. It tastes good for Kava and it has a good effect. Unfortunately, I don't think the company makes the cocoa variety any more. I am sad because I really like it and would happily order it regularly. Shucks, I'd get a subscription if they offered it.

It is OK. I drank the entire bag in 2 sittings. It was a nice mellow feel but it really isn't good strength. It doesn't have much flaor. It is just regular kava with a weird aftertaste and the scent of artificial banana.

This Kava is really good for daytime use. I used to order my daytime blend with another company, but they ended up only making it available for wholesale, so I had been on the hunt for months trying to find the right Kava that is effective and geared towards daytime use, but had no luck until I came across this one. This is my now new go-to daytime blend. I've tested this out when I was experiencing that horrible after lunch brain fog slump, and literally within minutes of taking this, my mind suddenly awakened and the fog evaporated. It got me off the floor and motivated to get back to work, so yeah this Kava definitely works great for me. It improves my mood, focus, and energy levels. I don't even take the full dosage, just a little bit does the trick.

Definitely better tasting than the straight kava root powder. This particular kava gives me a heady feel. Still relaxing for the body, but makes one introspective. Not necessarily a bad thing though. Worth a try, no "day after" effects

Delicious banana and vanilla extracts, stevia as well (if you dont like stevia like myself you can't taste it).I loved the flavor, barely had to chase it (I chase all my micronized kava).The problem comes from the kavalactones, I finished the entire bag in one day, a bit much but Kava has a reverse tolerance, so I should've experienced either the pain relief or euphoria and I only felt a little mellow after 11 or so shells. I don't recommend for most Kava drinkers beyond those who want to try a tasty version of Kava.
