Q: Is this fully sterling silver?

Yes it is and it is very beautiful. I love mine. I got the rose gold set and the rose gold color is wearing off but it being sterling silver it still is beautiful underneath. But mind you I wear mine constantly except washing dishes.

Q: how big is the center stone?

Don’t know exactly but I would estimate about 3/4 carat but maybe a little less.

Q: Does the rose gold color wear/chip off?

It does over time. I've had my set for quite a while and the rose gold color is almost gone but I wear mine all the time. The only time I don't wear mine is if my hands are going to be in water. BUT the ring is just as beautiful when it's worn off .
