Strong, sturdy, perfect fit
I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a power liftgate. The liftgate would open, but it wouldn't stay open. A google search said that the driver arm lifts the gate and the passenger arm keeps it open. This solved my problem. It fit perfectly and seems to be of very high quality.

Perfect and easy to install
Perfect fit and super easy to install thanks to youtube. To remove the old shock you have to remove a clip on each end. The new shock just pops on. Installed on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the automatic tailgate. Tailgate would not stay up. Now it does.
