Q: Where are the directions in English located?

They're not online anywhere - you have to contact VOCOMO Customer Support to get them. And finding out how to contact them is hard - I did it by accident on Amazon, and can't figure out what I did that got me there. That's why I posted them as photos on my review.

Q: Will this work to hold an overhead cabinet door open?

YES. Very good holding. There are also used in our overhead cabinets in our camper.

Q: Can you get a screw replacement? My toddler misplaced the middle screw for the arm

Check your weight of the lid and/or the installation, last check he retention screw. I installed 2 on a toy box and worked great.
