Great Shower Head!
This is a great shower head! We were doing a small update to our bath and wanted to replace our shower head for something updated but not "flashy." This was a great find. We love the minimalist design (it's not boring but classic). I've never liked the chrome faces with black nozzles that most shower heads have out there. The grey face and white nozzles makes this stand out in the very best way. Very pleasant to the eye. I thought this would be great in design but would be lacking in performance...but I was surprised that this delivered great performance. Amazing water pressure...and I was surprised at how much water it delivered for being a water saving device (previous shower head had a same flow rate of 2.0 but what a difference). The shower settings are easy to change. Great quality, great water pressure, great design great value...I'm so happy with this I ordered an extra to put in our upstairs bath.

Hard to run out of hot water
Easy to install and the restrictive flow makes it pretty hard to run out of hot water. We purchased two for our home and the simple upgrade has made a difference.

Poor water flow, unable to easily remove the water flow restrictor
It looks nice, the water flow restrictor prohibis full poetntial of this shower head, and it doesn't have a wide spray as advertised.
