My experience was only with a Subaru, but it's Amazon. Try it to see if it fits. If not return it.

Q: Can this be used with my oem spring on my e brake?

Yes, as long as your oem handle has a threaded button. Leave the spring in and it will function normally.

Q: Does not fit ? 2016wrx way loose. And no locking hardware

I didnt twist mine all the way down..i went to when it worked good and glued it or u can use teflon to keep it on tight
