Carlyle Pueraria Mirifica Capsules | 120 Count | Root Extract | Non-GMO & Gluten Free Supplement

I have tried several types of menopause supplements, trying to find consistent relief from quite severe hot flashes, mood swings, and trouble sleeping. i have been taking this Carlyle brand of Pueraria Mirifica in conjunction with the Carlyle Menopause Support capsules for a few months, and I feel that it really does help with my hot flashes. I still have some from time to time, but not anywhere as bad as before. Still have some mood swings and trouble sleeping sometimes, but again - not as bad as before. I will continue taking these supplements as long as I experience relief. They are reasonably priced and seem to be of good quality.

We may or may not have the same goals. Please read to see! I am mid 40s woman, pre-menopausal, with a desire to be overall more volumptuous and curvaceous. I wanted fuller, bigger breasts and thicker in the hips and butt, without gaining a bunch of weight in my stomach. (I’m one of those weirdos that think that thicker is better). I’ve been taking this brand for about 2 months — not even every day, just 3–4 times a week — and the changes have been way more noticeable than I expected. My breasts look fuller and rounder, my lower body (hips, thighs, glutes) has this soft, feminine fullness, and the overall shape just feels… balanced. Not bloated, not puffy, not “off.” Just better. The biggest surprise was how little I needed to take. A lot of people online use huge doses to get results, but my body responded very quickly. I did get super sensitive nipples at first (which told me it was working), and i was retaining a lot ore water… so I backed off a bit and found the perfect rhythm. On top of the physical changes, I’ve had improved mood, smoother digestion, and none of the hormone-crazy side effects I was afraid of. Pairing PM with my workout routine and intentional weight gain made everything even more dramatic — I’ve gained about 10 lbs, mostly in my lower body, without losing my waist. I honestly feel more feminine, curvy, and comfortable in my skin. For me, PM has been a gentle but powerful boost in the exact direction I wanted. Most important info: If you are not gaining and/or working out, you will see less results. Period. Real numbers: my hips grew 1.5 inches, my breast grew 2 inches (or one size), and my stomach didn’t grow an inch.

Easy to swallow. Don't affect my blood pressure. No side effects. They work, slowly. Have solid A-Cup after 18 months and still growing. Of course, everyone is different so results may vary.

Took the whole bottle trying to get increase of breast size, but no luck. I’ve had luck with other brands but not this one. I even took over recommended dosage. They just might be weak.

I’ve been talking PM since 2011 from a different brand 1000 mg as well. Two per day, one in the morning 2 hrs before breakfast with milk or yogurt and one two hrs after dinner, for hormone balance and has been working great, I can feel the therapeutic effects within an hour. No breast enlargement like many people claim though. Just hormone balancing (stop my hair from falling, regulated my periods, regulated my down stairs PH to normal, and helps me tremendously with brain fog). However, I decided to switch because each battle costs me $41 with taxes and shipping and it comes with only 60 capsules. With that being said, I tried this CARLYLE brand because of the price and 120 capsules, but unfortunately DID NOT met the expectations. I took it for 3 days and my hair started to fall again, brain fog came back, and down stairs ph was disrupted. For this reason I rated one star. So, I am returning to the other brand. And I already returned this CARLYLE PM 1000 MG. The capsules are easy to swallow, did not notice a flavor, money value did not matter because they didn’t work for me, arrived on time, got free shipping through prime time trial, easy to return. For customer service I give 5 stars.
