The only melatonin that truly worked for me
Even though this melatonin is marketed for kids, I actually use it for myself. A while ago, I went through a period of constant worry and had trouble both falling asleep and staying asleep through the night. Even after those worries passed, my sleep cycle was still off and I just couldn’t get back to normal. I don’t like taking too many medications, so I looked into gentler options and found that melatonin, being a hormone our bodies naturally produce, seemed like the least invasive “boost.” I tried several brands and different doses (1 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg), but none of them worked as well as this one. I don’t know if it’s the quality of the ingredients, but this is the only product that helped me restore my natural sleep rhythm. It doesn’t cause dependence; it feels more like it gently “teaches” your body to feel sleepy again. I still take it occasionally, on nights when I suspect I might have trouble falling asleep, and it works beautifully, and tastes delicious, too. My only recommendation is to follow the advice to take it a little while before bedtime; that way you get the best effect and it’s gentler on your stomach. If it works this well for me as an adult, I can only imagine how great it must be for kids. I recommend it above any other dose or brand.

Excellent melatonin gummies! Work well and taste delicious. Keep them out of reach though.. they taste so good that my 10 yr old would probably eat the whole bottle if I let her. 😅
