Wonderful product!
I have used cascara Sagrada for years! It's the best mild laxative I know of. I was taking Norco 7.5 1/2 dose up to several times per day for arthritis and worn out knees. I got curious and looked up what if it's found in me maybe in an auto accident even though I had a prescription. It's a dui! I'm retired and don't have an extra 12-15 thousand lying around plus what it does to your insurance! I will keep buying this brand and use it daily! I only need one per day now!
