Our Channel Mounting Holder is suitable for mounting LED Neon Flex Strip Light with flat base (Width from 0.51" to 0.59" & Height from 0.59"), so if your Govee neon light strip has the same dimensions, it may be compatible.

Q: Will these work with flat LED lights, or only round?

If you are referring to the rope neon lights that are flat on the back and round in front, yes the work very well with them

Q: How do you attach the mounting channels, are brackets or screws included

You may use nails to fix the channels onto the desired place. The nails or screws are not included, hope you can understand.
