They all tasted great for someone who can not have certain things. They all did the "trick" though, you may need to add more flavor or ingredients to make them your own. These have a different consistency than your regular bakery goods. Worth the buy if you are watching or changing your diet and need an alternative to sweets.

I was very interested in this product for the small ingredient list and it is low GI for a sweet baked treat. They are pricey, but considering how expensive the ingredients are if I were to buy everything and make this all from scratch I'd say it is worthwhile. So far I have only tried the banana bread flavor. It makes a smaller loaf than most mixes make. That is a little disappointing considering the price. The flavor is good. It does not taste like the "real deal" but it is a very adequate substitute for the health benefits of this vs white sugar and white flour. The texture is great. I didn't have any issues with it tasting mealy or powdery like some GF baked goods are. Overall I am pleased enough that I bought it twice.

I have fallen in love with these muffin mixes. I have reordered. So easy to make and the ingredients are ones that I feel good about.

So we got the variety pack to try all of them. Well well, they are all good. The pumpkin one is our least favorite, next one is chocolate (which surprised us given our kids are chocolate junkies) and on top came the banana! Oh, the banana one... It became our favorite desert! My kids are willing to sell us on the slave market for it! Every time we ask what should we bake as a treat they unequivocally say: "THE banana bread!" (we do not bake this as muffins - we use a loaf pan and make it a banana bread instead. It is more moist, and the edges are melt-in-your-mouth goodness!) As we removed flour from our house completely, the banana became a favorite! It is much better than any other regular banana breads we made or bought prior to being Paleo. I know it sounds over the top, but it's not. It is that good! All in all, it is good way of trying them all, but after the first purchase we never got it again, as the banana mix conquered us!

I bought the combo package and they all were delicious. The calorie count beats any other product that I have used. The fact that it's gluten free was a plus as well, however not a necessity. It's a tasty muffin and a good price

So far we've tried the chocolate and pumpkin ones, and now I need to order more because OMG AMAZING. I've made my fair share of Paleo and gluten-free baked goods, and they always taste... meh. Like alright but nothing compared to the regular kind. But the regular kind hurts my belly something fierce, so I just make due. But sometimes I just want a muffin, darn it. I was skeptical of these, expecting them to be the same thing I make from the recipe books, but boy... am I wrong. They are almost like the real, flour kind! But the ingredients are better and they just come out good. 100% love them and will be buying more. BTW, they say they make 9 muffins, but we like them big so we make about 6 per package. Whatevs. I love them.

When you need to bake a morning treat with your coffee or tea, these three baking mixes are great to have on hand. The instructions are easy to follow. You can't mess this up. The chocolate one taste good with coconut whip or yogurt.
