Mic issues
High quality ANC headphone, but has major problems with the microphone (sound fading out abruptly with PC connection) and many people reported this problem on reddit and other forums. Make sure you read those before buying. They blame the intel driver for it. I could not fiz it

The boom not working after 5 months
Lot of issues started happening with boom and noise cancellation, sometime works and sometime not, annoying to repeat "are you able to hear me?" In calls because boom goes to mute automatically, no way to reach seller now.

Open Box and used product
I purchased this as a new product but received an open box with obviously used product.

Perfect
Sound: good bass, equalizer changes through application really affect sound.Connection: i have it connected to my laptop via Link and iPad via Bluetooth at same time, no issues with sound receiving, no disconnects, all good.Battery: i spend about 10-11 hours per work day in them and it's still around 45% at the end of day.

Servicable headset with good sound, but disappointing for the price
I switched to the Evolve2 75 after losing my Evolve 75, and hoped this would be a clear upgrade. It's not.Sound output is much better. The device supports AAC and sound quality generally seems improved. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is good, but because these are open-cup, the sound isolation isn't as good as closed-cup headphones like my Bose Noise Cancelling 700. For extended and office use, however, I prefer these. The earpieces are somewhat larger than the earlier Evolve 75, and so can be fussier to position over the ears, but block out more sound once they're seated.Unlike earlier models, the hear-though mode, which plays external sound through the headphones, doesn't cut off the audio from your call or music. It works very well if you need to listen out for a door while using the headphones. The stand is a huge improvement over that of the original, and no longer involves sitting the headset onto a USB connector. It has two contact pins and it's easy the headset on, or to quickly snatch it from. Bizarrely though, the headset doesn't seem to charge on the stand overnight if the headset has been turned off using the switch.Placing the mute switch on the microphone boom itself is a bad design: I don't want to fondle the microphone when I'm trying to make less noise. Flipping the microphone arm upwards works to mute, but is more conspicuous, and because the headset has options to allow it to record with the mic in the upright position, it can be clumsy if it switches into this mode on calls. There's a setting to disable the mic in upright mode (even though it might be useful for "Google Assistant" type conversations) that I've now enabled. The microphone boom is short and stubby. It's rigid and doesn't curl inwards, so it's further from your mouth. Nevertheless, the sound quality from the mic was initially good, except that it would only activate after about a second or two of talking. I opted to upgrade the firmware, and now it picks up my speech instantly, but the quality is reduced and it cuts out. Perhaps these problems will be resolved by a subsequent firmware upgrade.Speaking of firmware upgrades, the firmware for the headset can be updated via Bluetooth from a phone. To update the USB dongle used with PCs, you will need their desktop software. I use Linux, and although they don't provide desktop software, they do provide "thin client" support through which you can download a bundle of firmware and settings designed for deploying to an enterprise, and they also have and SDK that includes a "demo app" that allows tweaking settings. The carrying case is a real disappointment. The Evolve 75 had a rigid case with a pocket for accessories and a place for the USB receiver, but the Evolve2 75 has a flimsy felt/cloth bag with a USB wire floating about in it, and offers very little protection.

Price is not commensurate with the quality
Let's cut to the chase - if like me you are reading this, wondering if you should spend your hard earned money on these headphones, then the answer is No.After doing --a lot-- of research, I bought these only knowing that I can easily return them if necessary. They are being collected today.Facts as I see them:PROS- Nicely built (apart from the microphone arm, it feels cheap)- Relatively light- ANC is decent- Speaker sound quality is good- The controlling phone app is goodCONS- They press tightly on your ears, mine started to hurt, with a burning sensation, after about 30-40mins continuous wear- The microphone feels cheap and cannot be swung without having to touch the microphone head, so people get to hear me manhandling it- The microphone when swung up on teams call remained active one time, so i interrupted a call accidentally when asking alexa to turn on my lights...- A dedicated mute button is located on the microphone arm, so more finger rubbing is required to disable it. Who on earth came up with that design?!- The absolute worst thing though - the microphone sound quality is extremely poor. I tried using the laptops bluetooth and the dedicated adapter, every time I apparently sounded like I was sat in a toilet cubicle. I have gone back to my £12 wired Sennheisers and those I have asked have said it is like I am back in the same room as them, rather than talking to them from out in the hallway.Yes the Senheisers are wired, but surely for £300 headphone set, they can come up with a wireless method (bluetooth or otherwise) that provides a quality connection. Even after a firmware upgrade, no improvement. For the price I expected near 24x7 comfort and crystal clear call clarity. I got neither, so back they swiftly go.

Don’t update the firmware!!!
Had these for about 48hours before returning. The headphones were okay for the first day, after updating the firmware at the end of the first day, the next day the headphones were rendered useless, when attending in any zoom conference calls, people couldn’t hear me very well and said that my voice was dropping out a lot and also I sounded like I was in a very echoey room. The firmware update seemed to have rendered the headset completely useless! I don’t have time to waist to complain about this issue to Jabra so I sent the headset back to Amazon for a full refund! Totally not worth the money! You would expect much better for the premium price!! Avoid the headache and choose something else if you can, if you do decided to buy be sure to avoid the firmware update at all costs!! Otherwise you will be in the same position!

Works well, comfy and some nice features.
I've been using these for a month now and they are great. Audio quality is good and the mic audio is good most of the time. Occasionally I have to lift the mic up and down again to reset the mic as the audio is muffled. Other than that they have been great, perfect for a noisy office.

Exactly what I was after.
I was after some witless headphones for use with work, where almost all our meetings are on Teams.I originally bought some cheaper headphones after reading one of those ‘top 10’ sites. They worked, but did things I didn’t like, such as auto answer any incoming calls, not showing as muted on Teams if I used the mute button on the headset.Decided to order these, which were about £80 more expensive, with the idea that I could always return them if I didn’t like them.I needn’t have worried. They just work so well and integrate with Teams perfectly. I also link them to my iPhone at the same time and it’s easy to answer calls on either that or my laptop.Every part of them works as I wanted and to me, they are well worth spending the extra.I do thing the Jabra evole2 65 would also work as well if you don’t need ANC and better mic pickup. I’m 50:50 between home and office, so like the noise cancellation feature when in the office. Very happy and wish I’d purchased these straight off.
