is this only for the co2 or can it be used to lubricate the whole pistol?

Its best to use on the tip of the new CO2 cartridge only. Use regular gun oil to wipe off and protect finish of exterior. Never put gun oil on the CO2 cartridge.

I already inserted a co2 cylinder before i read to applying 1 drop of rws chamber lube to it,what should i do,i have never owned a air pistol before?

The first CO2 is not a problem. The best practice is to put a drop on each CO2 after the first one. Also, don't store the gun with a CO2 cartridge in it. Once you are through shooting for the day, take it out and "dump" the remaining CO2 in that cartridge. Leaving the CO2 in will cause the seal to fail prematurely. Some seals are not repairable.

What is the difference between this product and the RWS spring cylinder oil?

Chamber lube is 100% silicone oil and Spring Cylinder Oil is mineral based. Chamber lube is made for lubricating compression areas and seals, Spring cylinder oil is for metal on metal parts with no compression.
