I use this rub either alone or as a base before brushing on a BBQ sauce. I was glad to be able to find on line when I was not able to find it in the grocery stores.

Smoked Pork Butt is one of my favorite meats. Depending on other people to smoke meat to my specifications is pretty iffy. I've found that using McCormick Grill Mates Applewood Rub and smoking my own pork gives me consistent high quality delicious smoked pork.

Great Rub!

My first Brisket and this seasoning rocked the bark with great flavors. I of course laid down salt and pepper first but was not shy with this seasoning over the top. Will definitely do another and use this seasoning from McCormick!!! :-)

This seasoning is hard to catch at our local stores. Great flavor on most all meats.
