Opened box looks good then looked at the instructions couldn’t read them as they were all in Chinese

I have just moved house and, being disabled, I needed a measuring tape that would be easy to use, with no snapping back, bending or mistakes. I expected the tape to give me a reading but the only way was to run it physically along a wall, which then left a black line along my new paintwork. Having all the chaos of moving, I stuffed it in the tool box and forgot to send it back.
