Generally dissatisfied with the product. The techniques demonstrated are limited and not photographed very well. Little to no information is provided on the author's background with kuntao/silat. The glossary in the back is helpful albeit confusing. The lack of written material on kuntao allowed me to forego the poor reviews of others but all in all I probably should have heeded their reviews and put my money elsewhere.

If you are looking for the techniques, this book is not the answer. There are most principles which is not much different from others style.
