It took me several days to find a good Wi-Fi photo frame and after lots of research I finally decided to buy the Feelcare Wi-Fi photo frame. I was first impressed by its sleek minimalistic design. This frame really surprised me because of its user-friendly interface. It is a nice-looking product that meets my basic needs. Setting it up is quite easy. Power on the device then connect to your Wi-Fi and it is ready to go. Tell your family and friends to download the Frameo App available on the Apple App Store and Google Play store. Then on the frame you click add friends and it displays a code. You give this code to family and friends and they will input it on their Frameo app when they click add frame on their phone and voila they are connected! It is just that easy! My family and myself were able to instantly send photos from anywhere to the frame as long as you are connected to the internet. The display is bright, and the pictures are clear and colorful as you can see in my provided photos. In the settings you can customize it to your liking. You can delete photos, import photos from TF cards, back-up photos, and choose the time duration of each photo displayed. My favorite feature of all is the frame can be displayed in portrait or landscape and the photo is centralized to prevent distortion and side bars. This is taken care of when your family and friends decide how to send the photo. They are given the option to focus on specific parts of the photo so when it is displayed in portrait or landscape it is displayed as intended. Also, all the photos sent from the phones are saved directly into the frame and not on a cloud. I love my new photo frame! I needed this frame to work in a nursing home where WIFI was not available. The frame had a memory card slot, which never worked, even after trying multiple cards and several emails with customer service. I returned it, and bought another one, also on Amazon, which turned out to be identical in every way except the logo stamped on the front. It didn't work either. This time my emails went unanswered (the customer support email was the same for both "different companies," by the way.) Be warned, this product simply won't work without WIFI.

We had one of these before and it worked great, at least for a year, then right after the warranty expired, it petered out. Then we ordered a new one and it wouldn’t even start up. So back it went. Just not well made, but a great idea and for your grandkids that live away a great means of seeing them on a bit larger screen. But an Echo show works just as well and at less money + it does a whole lot more. We will not be buying this item again.

Bought this as a gift for my 91 year old mother who lives five states away, as a way to easily share photos with her. Unfortunately, not happening. The app they have you download doesn't work properly, at least not with my phone/wifi system, and there's a setup criteria on the other end that I'd have to hire the Geek Squad to perform for my mom. Will be returning this and buying the competing brand for the same price, and much greater ease of performance.

My dad lives out in the mountains and doesn't use social media , etc. So I got him this frame for Christmas so we could send him pics of the kids (his grandchildren). He does check email but not often, and I thought this was a way better way for him to get new pics and see them displayed. We set the frame up at my house when he visited, and he took it home. All he had to do was select his wifi network and it connected and was all set up. We send him pics once a week and he LOVES it. They always go thru and we haven't had any problems. I love that you can add captions so we can give him an idea of what was going on in the pics. This is an awesome frame! The app is simple to use and we couldn't be happier with the quality.
