Swiss Balls are the best
Most of the gym balls out there are the soft and squishy ridged ones. Even my physical therapy provider uses them. They're a dime a dozen (actually, easily had for under $20).Swiss Balls are much tougher, much thicker, and last for years and years. Not everyone will like the additional firmness - to me, when I contort my body over a gym ball, I want safety, durability, and reliability. And you can adjust the firmness by how much you inflate it.This TheraGear ball came with everything I needed - circumference measuring tape, extra plugs, and a flimsy but operational plug removal tool. No pump of course, but my small air compressor made life very easy. Now that my 65cm ball has been dialed in, I use it every day. True quality but at a price.

easy way to strengthen knee
bought two of these. the 26" one first.always afraid to try one of these because Im NOT petite,Recently hurt my knee, and sitting more caused sciatica to flare up, but sitting on ball eased pain, easy way to strengthen knee, and already feel stronger in core. Now i can't do the exercise pictured beside, YET! but soon, great quality, I have seen others, feel like air is leaking. I sew and have in a room with pins, and it is tough enough Im not worried, and I like the feature, that if it did get a hole, it wold dangerously defeat, and leave me like Lucile Ball, on the floor, although most of you are probably saying "Lucile WHO" this one is almost too tall for me at 5'6-5'7" ( shrinking with age!), but I wanted extra height for a work table, I haven't actually pumped up 22" but will feel better for exercises. Heavier gauge plastic, does have a smell some people ask about that does go away. A little tricky to fill up but does come with the tools to fill up and you can use a compressor or bike pump, but the pump they sell look cool too!

it appears to be good quality as advertised except the description on Amazon says "Designed for exercises with dumbbells" but on the instructions from TheraGear that come with the ball it cautions in RED CAPS, "BALLS SHOULD BE USED FOR BODY WEIGHT EXERCISE ONLY ARE ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR BENCH PRESS EXERCISES OR USE WITH ANY KIND OF WEIGHTS IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY POTENTIAL INJURIES TO USERS. PLEASE REFER TO OUR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION ON THERAGEAR WEB SITE."since I'm using it for non-weight exercises this does not concern me a lot but I did buy it with the hopes of my rehab going well enough I might use it for weights some day. the inflate instructions were great, I aired it up to 27" and checked it the next day and there it was right on 30".

What an amazing Ball for heavy weight people
This is my second one. It's an amazing yoga ball. I started using it when I was 600 pounds I'm at 450 and it works amazingly. I use it for everything. Even when I'm working under my raise truck as a chair. It's awesome. I even use it when I'm working in my garden as a chair.

Great ball and great customer service
This ball is very high quality. The walls of the ball feel a lot thicker than other stability balls I've seen. I use mine as an alternative to a desk chair at work. I'm 5'3" and it seems to be the proper height for me.Be sure to purchase a good air pump. This ball didn't come with an air pump, but usually the pumps that come with these types of balls aren't very good anyway.I had a small slice in the first ball they sent me, that looked like it could have been with a box cutter in their warehouse. There was no air leaking but I was still concerned. I sent the company an email and I was responded to very quickly. The representative told me to throw out the damaged ball and she was sending me a new one that day. Perfect hassle free customer service experience. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Great company. Great ball.

High quality product
I really can't believe how heavy-duty this ball is. Not that I ever had a problem with other yoga balls, but this one is significantly better quality.

My personal favorite of stability balls
Of all the exercise balls I've used over the years (and trust me, as an Exercise Physiologist who was an early adopter, it's a lot), this is the best. It's very sturdy, and hold's it's shape, firmness, and air very well. Well worth the extra cost. When I recently moved into a new clinic, these were the only balls I considered buying.
