My biggest concern with this was the QR code wearing off with continuous use but that hasn't been the case. My black lab has been wearing it everyday for about 4 months now and there are no signs of wear to the code.I like that when you scan the code and go to the site, it shows pictures of them (after you set up your profile) and has a section to add a bit of info on the dog. I do wish that rather than having a bone engraved on one side, I could put normal information, like a traditional tag, for the older people who may not know how QR codes work.

In the event he is lost..i hope the person who find him does the right thing..soon as u scan the tag it shows the pics i uploaded and shows my name and number and the other name and number i added and my baby address! Love it! ❤️❤️😍😍

The tags and website is great. The problem I have is that scam texts started after I input my mobile number on the website as contact information if/when my dogs escape.

So I am on my THIRD one of these...why you ask? Welp the old version included an extremely weak tag ring, anything that pulled on it (playing with other dogs, rolling, crawling - dog stuff) would pull the tag right off. So this time i purchased, separately, stainless key rings to attached this with instead of the included tin ring.. well to my surprise they NOW INCLUDE a strong ring (same as a robust key ring)!! Now it's easily 5 stars, there is no subscription to have your very own dog locating website! Do note: If the party scanning the tag declines the location it will give you a wildly incorrect location alert (at least you'll know what town the dog is in LOL). Otherwise I you will not find a better solution for this cost. GPS dog collars are SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars. In owning 3 of these, none have any wear issues, there is a thick coat of clear protecting the QR code, tag is thick aluminum...it'll last!

absolutely loved this thing. but 6 months down the line, ( past the return date) the QR code on the back is GONE. Most of the funny bit on the front is mostly gone as well...

…against losing a pet. Very cool interface. I would still recommend having your animal microchipped.

Tag is nice but hard to read the small print under “oh crap I’m lost” QR code easy to set up and the information I can add is endless so I love that. The location that is in the email after the tag is scanned is junk. So don’t rely on it. We will see how it holds up over time. I put a piece of clear tape over the QR code. It seems to help with the rabies tags from the vet to keep the information legible over time.The durability of the ring that attaches to the collar and tag is quality not a flimsy thing like you get at Petsmart.

This is so easy to set up, I got my son to scan the tag after set up and got an instant notification, would really recommend this to any dog owner.

I really like the concept of this tag as it is tied to an online app or database. I tested it as if I found my pet by scanning the tag with my Android smart phone camera and clicking the link. It clearly should me the 3 photos I uploaded of my pet and the description as well as contact information. You also get notifications whenever the tag is scanned and someone visits your pet's profile page online.Minor gripes...- software UI and design is somewhat clunky especially the viewable description. There are no proper WORD BREAKS from one description line to the other. Words just get cut off and continue on the next line. Weak design imho. Perhaps lazy.- QR code is a bit hard to read compared to all other QR codes I've read over the years.- Pendant is rather heavy but solid. I am a bit concerned the the QR code might get scratched or worn and become unreadable. It could have been augmented by the words LOST MY PET...SCAN THIS CODE.- pendant key ring should have been a swivel type so that it hangs properly.

Great concept and extra peace of mind until we can get our pup microchipped. Platform is easy to register for and set up let info. Only reservations are the QR code itself- seems more like a sticker vs engraving. Not sure how long it will hold up but for the price it's a risk I was willing to take. Other than that, no complaints.
