Great looking beaded bracelet
This charcoal bead bracelet is very stylish and I love the smaller sized beads. The black accents really make this bracelet stand out. The beads are made of recycled plastic but they don't look like plastic and they have a nice weight to them. The color is a light grey and to me it looks like it has a subtle green undertone. The bracelet has an 8" diameter at its tightest point.

Looks nice
Would have gone 5 star but I can see that it's not going to take long for the drawstring to stretch out and then the clasp won't hold it tight enough. It's woven like a shoelace and I know what happens to them after a while. I'm also wondering what it's really made out of. The material listed for the beads is "bead".

Fell apart
Bracelet fell apart after a month and a half of wear. Very disappointing.

Cheap materials, but solid construction.
This bracelet would be 5 stars if it were 80% cheaper. Take essentially a bootlace with metal ends, string some beads on it, crimp it, and boom: you have this bracelet. Not worth $50, but a nice bracelet nonetheless. I’m giving it low stars because the margins Skagen is making in this sucker must be through the roof, and I don’t think they should be charging these sorts of prices for the quality of materials + their name.If you can find it for less than $15, then I’d say that’s a more fair price.

Danish-Inspired Design Bracelet Using Recycled Plastic Beads. Good Standalone or With Timepiece
This review is for the SKAGEN Bracelet with Recycled Beads (Color: Black, Gray). I received a free taxable sample of this bracelet to review in my search for men's jewelry. The bracelet arrived double-bagged in branded transparent plastic bags with a small, branded paper label attached. If the bracelet is to be a gift, I would recommend removing the bracelet from the plastic bags and placing them in a small gift box or gift bag with tissue paper. The bracelet is strung along a nylon rope approximately 11 1/2" in length that is bound by a sliding rope closure and capped by 1/2" metal caps at each end. The adjustable sliding rope closure can be adjusted about 1" to accommodate a maximum circumference of 11" and a minimum circumference of 8". There are 19x 1/4" plastic beads (one black, 18 green-gray) on one side of the metal branded spacer followed by 13x 1/4" plastic beads (12 green-gray, one black) on the other side and the total weight of the bracelet is 10 grams. The plastic beads are made from trademarked EcoAllene which represents recycled polyethylene aluminum (Po-Al) residue from recycled food cartons. Overall durability and workmanship of the bracelet is good, although eventual scuffing of the plastic beads due to wear may be inevitable. The overall look and design are minimalist and distinctively Danish-inspired as expected from the Skagen brand, which continues to operate as a standalone subsidiary of the Fossil Group. Beyond the environmentally friendly use of recycled materials, I like the overall aesthetic and how the predominantly neutral gray green color works as a standalone piece or as a complement to a timepiece. Beyond the beads, there are five black metal components that add a modern touch to the bracelet as well as introduce subtle branding: two metal endcaps (brand name), 1/4" diameter metal pendant (brand name), 3/8" metal spacer (logo), and 1/2" slide enclosure (logo).Note: something to keep in mind that is that the ends of the nylon rope may look floppy when the sliding rope closure is draw at its tightest.Overall, the SKAGEN bracelet has a nice minimalist Danish design look and is nicely constructed with the inclusion of recycled materials. I would recommend considering this as a brand-agnostic personal luxury item that would go especially well if you or the gift recipient appreciates the Danish design look and/or has an investment in the Skagen brand.

This is a cool, casual, everyday bracelet. Great for layering, and matches with just about anything.

Nice, but if you have smaller wrist the excess string gets annoying
If you are a fan of minimalist jewelry then this will be right along you alley. The concept and look is very similar to the Rastaclat design except the beads on this bracelet are much smaller. I usually wear a S/M apple watch 40mm band so you can use that to figure out how large the bracelet is on my wrist. I noticed that because I have a smaller wrist the excess string got annoying sometimes when I wanted to wash my hand or do everyday task.I like how the bracelet is adjustable all you need to do is pull the two straps in opposite directions to tighten. The other thing that's a little annoying is the out of place circle blend that has the Skagen brand engraved onto it. The beads are made of recycle plastic, but do hold a bit of weight to them, but still light enough to not notice for extended periods of wear. Overall a nice addition to your jewelry collection.
