Works as described and looks great
I love this address sign. My house had address numbers that were hidden behind a gigantic oak tree. A new friend came to my house and told me she couldn't find my house because she didn't see my address numbers so I waved out the door. I thought this is not too great for security so I decided to get a new address sign. One feature that really makes this product stand out from the other ones is that the numbers themselves are reflective. That means when it's night time and somebody is trying to find your House headlights or any lights whatsoever will cause these numbers to really stand out. Nobody has any trouble finding my house now. Even in the daytime the white against black contrast works very well and is extremely visible.

Looks pretty
It's very pretty and sturdy once it's together! I marked off a star simply because it was a serious pain to assemble. Everything is such a tight fit that we had a lot of trouble hammering it all together without the metal getting damaged. We had to do a bit of extra hammering work to get the topper on properly so that's also a teensy bit dinged up. My recommendation to the seller would be to assemble the pole yourselves and send it with the sign part detached - that way the only assembly the customer would have to do would be to screw the sign on. I think this would lessen a lot of the negative experiences your customers have had with the assembly.

Hard to assemble without damaging the poles
It was almost impossible to attach the pieces together. The instructions said to hit the pole with a hammer or mallet to fit them together. When I did, it mashed the ends of the pole to a point where the stake wouldn’t fit into the bottom and the decorative top wouldn’t fit into the pole. I ended up using epoxy to glue them on and am hoping they hold. I expected much better quality at this price.

Almost impossible to drive into the ground.
To get the stake into the ground you had to use a hammer. That distorted the top so that the finial would not then fit on it Very difficult to get it finally into the ground.

sign is fine but the post is very flimsy
The sign portion of this product is nice. But the post portion is very flimsy. I had to buy a short metal fence post to anchor the sign's post to. Without the fence post, the sign turns and leans. If you have to mount this sign in very soft dirt with no rocks you should be good to go...otherwise, you may have to supplement the post in some fashion

Bendy, gaudy plastic. $10 Walmart Garden Center is on par. Save your $70
The post is glossy, shiny, bright black metal while the sign is bendy, flat plastic in a dark gray with logos on it. It is obvious and an embarrassing first impression. One side had air lumpy bubbles all in the plastic even. The “reflective decals” are just white stickers that are almost too wide to stick on. It is a $10 crappy Walmart sign pretending to be classy $70. They must’ve changed to cut corners and keep profits. Disappointed in literally every piece of the sign, but the metal stake. Returned after wasting time

Stick On Numbers?
So far, (we haven't put it in the ground yet), the sign is very nicely done and seems very sturdy. It was very well packed. However for a sign to cost $70, I would have thought that I would not have had to spend an hour putting on the numbers, getting them straight, evenly spaced and getting them smooth. Could not get a few little bumps out and hope this doesn't prove to be a problem as time goes by. I realize that cost is a factor, but I would rather have paid $10 more and been able to put the stake together and stuck it in the ground.

Looks more expensive than it is , Easy to assemble!
This sign was very easy to put together. It came with a ground steak that the sign pole slipped onto. The sign pole came in two pieces and then there was a top finial. We gave the pieces a few hits from a hammer ( we put a towel down first ) and bingo it was all together. The letters were simple to apply. You peel them off the sheet, put them in a bowl of warm waster for a few seconds and then apply them to the sign.
