The strap adjustment does not hold so you must constantly adjust after each shot. I added a paper clip to hold it in place and this was a simple work around. It’s not very easy to hit balls with it and it will take a lot of focus and patience to get it to work. There are no instructions so it’s very much trial and error. But for the price it’s adequate if your looking to save a few dollars.

Helpful to stay connected and have proper arm position. Useful for half strokes though difficult to hit full shots. Absolutely no reason to spend more money on the better name product

Holds pressure for a while but not very long… You may have to pump it up every so often depending on how much you use it but glad I have it

The ball deflates within 5 minutes of being aired up. Not really functional to have to constantly keep inflating over and over.
