InterPro Leather White Mouse Pad (with Synthetic Non Slip Base)

Bought this to replace a white cloth mousepad, which was impossible to keep clean. This mouse pad looks nice but has a noticeable leather texture (more so than the product photo leads on). It is also a bit smaller than a traditional mousepad.While small, using a magic mouse on the pad with a dual monitor setup hasn't been a problem. It feels like just enough space. If you're serious about playing games, you'll probably want a mouse pad with a larger surface. Tracking feels nice with a little but of resistance (which I assume is due to the leather texture) and the black, non-slip pad is firm with just a touch of give.Being leather (or "Genuine Synthetic Leather," real artificial leather? Though it does say genuine leather in the specifications) means it should be a durable mousing surface and easy cleaning (obviously a must for a white mousepad).

This was exactly what I was looking for. It is a simple white mouse pad that does not have a cloth surface (white cloth stains too easy). It is a piece of leather (or pleather?) attached to a black foam backing. The leather has a subtle pebbled texture (the mouse moves smoothly, the texture doesn't change the perfromance, its too small). It can be wiped down when it eventually gets dirty. I would describe the white as a crisp white, not cream or ivory. I read another reviewer say that theirs had messy edges, but I did not experience that. The edges looked straight and neat on mine. Even if you did get one with jagged edges, the mouse pad can simply but cut down to make it nice. The only thing I wish is that it had white edges so it would blend more perfectly with my white desk. But for the price I paid I'm not going to complain.

Comfortable, looks nice. I have it on a white desk so it matches the white leather.It is discoloring slightly where my hand rests, but it is VERY SLIGHT. Definitely not a problem now, but after some more months of use it might be more noticeable. The cut on the edges of the 'leather' is very slight rough, not a big problem. Hence 4 stars. But otherwise, good mouse pad and would buy again.I was dubious about the leather, but it works well, doesn't 'grip' the mouse.

I have 2 IMac's for our home office and the 2 white mouse pads that I purchase add an extra touch to our white contemporary themed furnishings. For the price, you honestly can't find a better deal elsewhere, especially at your local Target, Walmart, Office Max, Office Depot or Best Buy stores. Usually, these local stores offer different colors and are priced higher. Finding a White color is extremely difficult. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and quality. I will probably order more in the future.

I've had many pads (as most people out there). I have to say that I like this one a bit more than the rest. This pad is soft and I can rest my hand over it for hours without feeling uncomfortable.The material quality is really good.My one problem is that the material used on the bottom sticks to my desk and sometimes leaves a mark when I have to move it. Not a permanent mark, though.

I guess they might have some leather component that allows the manufacturer to call them "leather mouse pads". For the price, I wasn't expecting leather so this is not really my complaint. The problem is that the underside does not provide enough friction to keep these in place. You will need to add something to keep them from moving around even for normal surfing; forget about using them for gaming or any other mouse intensive application without some added "grippage" (thanks Pilkington!) on the underside. Lastly, they feel flimsy and not durable, but again for the price I wasn't expecting them to be.

Nice look.. at first.. but sadly, it doesn't have the right texture to function as a mouse pad, at least not for my wireless optical mouse.. the coefficient of friction is too high, so the mouse doesn't glide, thus making it difficult to use. I find i need to keep my wrist on the pad to keep it in place and lift the mouse a bit off its surface... that said, I tried to work with it anyway, but now, in a month, its also delaminating. Into the trash it will go.. sorry, but save your money and keep shopping.

this is what i was looking for in our office but i wish the sides were white too. they are blackened the cut lines are a little messy. but for the price it works well for me.
