My go-to is the micronized NSC100s. I couldn't get those for a week so I had these delivered the next day. These are definitely horse pills size. I only take them for a couple of days, when I have the sniffles and it seems to work. I've never had more than a day or so of sniffles.

Works like Ozempic .. if taken as directed by a Physician. i take 2 with meals twice daily and it curbed hunger and the result is a Loss of over 25 Lbs with the one Bottle .. 5 STARS

Somewhat misleading as far as Purity goes
The product is described as 100% concentrated, which one would assume is the beta glucan purity. But as this is way too high practically speaking, it appears to be just referring to weight. The actual purity of the beta glucan used appears to be (from communication with the vendor) about 70%, which is just an average purity. So OK for a daily supplement but not for therapeutic remedial use which studies show should be around 85%. The price reflects this. I still find the supplier description somewhat misleading.

Do yourself and your body a favor - start taking Beta Glucans as soon as you can
I've been taking this and other Beta Glucans supplements for many years, safely and effectively. Despite a high fat, high protein diet which included significant amounts of cholesterol in the past 20 years, my recent bloodwork shows what's termed an "optimal" level of bloodborne cholesterol that can cause arteries to get clogged. Worth every penny!
