AIAIAI TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ Great headphones but not perfect.
I used these for about 2 months, while DJ-ing, Sampling on my MPC and mixing with Logic. These are my findings: Pros: - Very comfortable headphones. Great design allows the headphones to be very balanced on the head and surprisingly light. After 2+ hours of continuous use they haven't got uncomfortable. - The Alcantara ear cushions are the most comfortable pads I ever had. - Wireless mode with really low latency. Mobility is the biggest PRO for me. Walking around my studio / house while working on a song is just neat. - Modular design allows you to swap parts very easy. Any part of these headphones can be swapped. - Great build quality. Love the materials, love the accessories. They come with a very high quality coiled headphone cable in case you need it (make them loud) - Decent sound. Not the greatest but decent enough. It sounds (to me) that there are some mid freq. missing. It might be me. - Flat sound (which I love) Cons: - Wireless transmitter signal tends to be weak. In Wireless+ mode the headphones will start clipping on medium volume. This could be a PRO, high sound volume will get you tired very quick and could also damage your hearing on the long term, however if you plan using those in the airplane on Wireless+ mode, they might be to quiet to overcome the cabin noise. Once you plug them by cable, they're loud enough. - Both headphones and wireless transmitter have batteries so you have to charge both separately. It's supposed to work like that but it is inconvenient, especially if, you forget charging one (happened to me). - Decent sound but not the greatest. For sampling, chopping and layering I think these headphones sound is decent. For mixing, I would go for something else. Should you buy? It depends. - If you need a decent/on the budget all around Headphones for layering, but you don't care about the Wireless+ function, then these TMA-2 SW+ are not it. - If you need an over the ear all around Bluetooth headphones for daily use, you should not care about the low latency wireless connection which means that these TMA-2 SW+ are not it. - If you need a Studio Headphone for long sessions, good at sampling, layering, creating sounds, basic mixing and also love the fact that you can move around without being glued to the desk because of a wire, the Wireless+ function & most importantly the under 16ms latency offered by the TMA-2 SW+ is exactly what you need. I wish tho' they would be a bit louder, like 50% louder.

When playing an instrument, you do not hear a Bluetooth delay.
AIAIAI top of the line for me. I used wired headphones for years and bought two high quality bluetooth headphones, but the delay made it impossible to use when recording live. So then went back to wired headphones. When searching for a fix for the delay problem I found someone who did a positive review of the TMA-2 Studio Wireless+. Ordered them and got them in three days expecting to return them. But no, they are great. The headphones work perfect, the sound is good and now I get more work done comfortably. Have wires hanging down can pull things off the mount or desk. They come disassembled neatly package that takes 2 minutes to put together. As you assemble them you will understand the engineering quality. This company made these to be taken apart to replace anything that could get damaged in time so you can replace just that part. Yes, they have parts listed that you can buy. The build quality is of the highest standard and shows that it's about the customer and not just making a profit. Battery life is great. I will buy the next generation that they come out with. They say you can trade up, but I think I would keep the old set too.

Accurate with the tradeoff of bad noise levels
Reason Wanted a wireless setup for mix and mastering songs and for casual listening. I am drawn towards the low latency level and design Pros - Very low latency. I have use this when composing as well and its almost like a wired pair in terms of latency. - I love the design. - Built quality. I do see some people trash talking about it but to me – its rugged for my uses. Its not fancy enough to use a special case for it which means you can just throw it in your backpack anytime. - Packaging and ease of assembly - I would rate the comfort level as adequate. I wouldn't want to wear this more than 4 hours straight Cons - The noise, it is BAD. - The noise level is no longer audible if the volume is below 50% - Battery life could be better - Sound quality. I did not like the sound signature but appreciate that its accurate. It feels dark.

Annoying beeping sounds from firmware issue, long button holds
These headphones deliver on the promise of low-latency wireless audio, but with some significant annoyances. The most annoying thing is they often randomly beep and makes the connection sound again, when they haven't actually lost connection. I can still hear my audio the whole time, with the volume reduced while this is happening. I contacted support about it and they said it will be fixed in a future firmware update. I'll update my review if/when that happens. I also hate that I have to hold down the power button for 5 seconds to turn the headphones on, and 3 seconds for the transmitter. It's just long enough to be annoying, and somehow the timing being different makes it feel more awkward. They're not my best-sounding headphones, nor my most comfortable headphones, and yes there is a noticeable background hiss when using the low latency wireless. But I'll still use them because low-latency wireless does make a big difference when you have too much gear in your studio to sit in one place all the time.

$300 Flimsy Headphones w/ good technology. Guess we can’t have both?!?!
So I’ve had these headphones for 2 years. The headband broke. Aiaiai sent a replacement headband. I thought that because I kept them loose in the provided bag that maybe that’s what caused them to break. I bought a hard case to keep them in. Now the replacement headband cracked and broke again in the same spot. Frustrating because I’m no pumpkin-head. Really great, flat response however. The low latency is also amazing. Unless they make some improvements, my suggestion would be to keep them in your studio and use them just for that. These are way too flimsy to use all the time. It’s a shame to have these great technologies onboard to have a set of $300 headphones be that cheap and flimsy. Honestly, I would have paid extra to have a sturdier product.

Perfect for me as a mobile DJ. Works with ANY mixer or DJ controller.
Perfect for wireless DJing, with no noticeable latency! I was hesitant to buy these headphones, but I’m glad I did. Those who criticize the sound are probably using it for the wrong purposes. These headphones are not for audiophiles. They are for DJs who appreciate clear sound and good bass with the freedom of wireless. The only complaint I have is that a hard case is not included. Not cool for a $300 headphone.

** UPDATE** Amazing customer service!
left monitor didn't work and when it did it was significantly lower volume than the right. horrible first experience. willing to try an exchange tho. will follow up with the results. ** UPDATE** AIAIAI replaced my headphones and threw in a free hard case! I had amazing support from their team. All original issues were resolved and couldn't be happier. it's great to be wireless in the studio while working on music. I think the original issues were due to amazons poor handling of the package. It was in pretty rough shape when I got it. Would highly recommend these.

Poor sound quality
I bought these for a wireless guitar practice setup, as the headphones wires are annoying and one can't always be too loud in a house with other people around. I was very pleased to have found this model, and that it specifically targeted a low-latency use case. You see, usually wireless headphones are using bluetooth protocol and that often adds a very perceivable latency, making it impossible to use when playing an instrument. Unfortunately they didn't live up to the expectations. The latency in 2.4GHz mode is just fine, but everything else was not. Being positioned as "Studio" headphones targeted at "Music Creators" I expected them to produce a clear crisp sound. Not too loud, no bass boost, usually present on many consumer headphones, but plain clear, flat, even sound. Unfortunately this was not even remotely the case. While the bass does sound kind of OKish, everything above that is a muddy mess. I couldn't believe the difference between these and a pair of cheapo wired studio monitor headphones I have, for like 1/10 of the price of these. The cheapo ones deliver ten times the sound fidelity. The muddy sound persists in all modes of operation, be it 2.4GHz, Bluetooth or wired. I'm returning them.
