PureGearScreen protector SS S9+ HD Clarity

We just bought two Samsung S9+ and I bought two of these protectors. There are very easy to line up and install even without their guide tray. One of the protector made the lower edge, where all the important function are access, very difficult to press. It looked like the adhesive isn't very good. A week later the, phone went on a trip to Orlando and got tossed onto a hotel bed.. and the protector just popped off. I wasn't there, but I sure there wasn't a significant amount of force used. As for my phone, no real issues for the first two weeks of use. Then, I left my phone facing down on my desk for about an hour and guess what happened... when I picked up the phone, this cover popped off. I have had three other phones and have used a variety of glass covers without issues so I am absolutely, the problems were not from the installation nor the users. Neither of our protectors have any scratches nor cracks, this product uses a poor adhesive and will not last.

Installation is easy and no bubbles to worry about. Very clear protector no distortion. Originally put PureGear protector on my phone when I purchased it. Few months later while I was hiking my phone fell out of my pocket and landed face down on a boulder. Phone was undamaged thanks to the PureGear protector which absorbed the brunt of the damage that would have been inflicted onto my phone. Happy with this product.

This is exactly the same case I got at the T-Mobile store. I dropped my phone and it hit the night stand cracking my first cover. It protected the screen. The store was sold out, so I found it here on Amazon for $10 less. Super easy to install.I am very happy with this screen protector, and will buy another one should I need it.

I bought a protective film for my Samsung s9 plus and received one for LG V30 and only saw it after I stuck on the phone because it was small, I would like to know how we can fix this problem, because I have no way to return it, I have a photo from the box that went wrong if you need to check!I'm trying to contact and nobody answers me
