Very hard to distinguish whether or not a mental supplement is working or not, so take this with a grain of salt. I am in IT and I really feel like a sponge absorbing information much better when taking two of these capsules a day. ND is a company others should strive to be. I have dozens of bottles of their products, never had capsules that were melted, never encountered poor quality control, etc. I highly recommend these capsules, I pay the premium for ND just because I know how inefficacious other Amazon supplement listings are. It sounds like I’m sponsored but I’m not, I wish I was.

I take 4 as a pre-workout. With it I feel like the bottleneck is now my heart or muscles, because with this my 'mind' feels fully concentrated at the task at hand and is always going "come on heart, pump harder so I can keep on running at this pace" as I watch my HR monitor showing how my heart has reached its limit. It's like you're in the zone way easier, much more motivated, tho it provides 'zero energy' like caffeine would do (which is nice when you workout late). It's an interesting feeling. 10/10 would recommended.

I can tell a difference when I take these. My cognitive skills are clearer and quicker.

Nootropic depot is legit - I order almost all of my supplements from them direct. I trust their quality so this review is my own experience with the product and yours may be totally different. Alpha GPC was weird for me. I take adderall and have been lowering my dose because of the restrictions on increasing production and it’s general toll on my dopamine. When I took alpha gpc with adderall I felt like I had a rush to my head and I became nauseous. A few days later I emptied out half of the pill and took it again and the effects were less extreme but I still had some general stomach discomfort. Been trying it at lower doses throughout the month and I usually get an upset stomach and not much else. When I take it on a day that I skip adderall I don’t notice much of anything - except for the upset stomach.

My memory has definitely improved and I am able to recall information much easier. I struggle with ADHD and have be using l theanine and reishi to help with that and mood issues. These three combined have given me a near perfect solution to poor memory and concentration with the ADHD, anxiety, stress, etc... and have greatly improved my functionality as an adult in her twenties. I do not recommend this to be taken with high amounts of caffeine for my avid coffee and energy drink drinkers as I experienced paranoia after taking this pill with twice as much caffeine as I normally consume.

I’ve been taking this supplement for about a month now. The 150 mg capsules of a perfect dose for me. I can easily digest this pill with zero after taste and there are no sluggishness associated with taking this product. My focus is much improved with me completing multiple task at a time.

Perhaps, there are people who receive a significant benefit from Alpha GPC. Reconsidering the testimonials that I saw on videos, I wonder how they could even tell, given that they were constantly talking about "stacking" with other things they were taking. This is not a criticism of the manufacturer, but the whole choline-is-key-and-Alpha-GPC-is-the-best script that is floating out there. All this talk about nootropics, and there are very few things that are as effective, reliable, and safe as a couple cups of strong organic black tea. My experience taking this product was that it had the complete opposite effect than the one that was desired. I felt mentally stuck and could not generate motivation. I read somewhere that a high dose could do that, so I tried taking half a capsule. I still felt mentally swamped and there was no sign of any potential benefit. I moved on. This is not the cure you are looking for.
