Used to upgrade my Surface Pro 8 - easy!
I used this to upgrade my SP8 from 256GB to 1TB. I plugged it into a usb adapter and used Macrium, Reflect free trial edition to clone the old drive and partitions - Macrium automatically resized the C: drive to use the full available space. Swaped it over, transferring the surface pro little metal case and a drop of heatsink compound and worked first time. Benchmark slightly better than orifginal. Shows up as a samsung PM991a in the disk manager

Great for Steam Deck
Bought to replace the SSD in my Steam deck. Have been running with it for a few weeks now and seems to be working great. No issues with the installation and seems at least as fast as the one in there before.

Compatible with Surface pro 8
Having wasted time and money on other brands like WD and Kioxia. I decided to buy this one for upgrading my Surface Pro 8 from 256GB to 1TB.It works well without getting BSOD which was happening with WD and Kioxia - these brands just doesn't work on surface pro.However, I think it was very expensive for an SSD of 1TB capacity.
