Definitely did not mold to my teeth, disappointed, I would not buy again nor recommend it.

Great bang for the buck
I followed the instructions and it works fine for teeth whitening but I messed up the first try so be very careful. Best results if you put them in quickly after the hot water but just don’t burn yourself. They do shrink up so they don’t go to molars once shaped which is fine too. For the price they are just what I needed.
