My 2 year old like any toddler attending nursery, gets sick and catches everything from nursery. After consistently using this a month, I noticed his immune system got a lot better where he didn't get ill as often as he did prior to having this probiotics. Just one sachet a day keeps the bugs away! A bit pricey for a box of 30 but as they say you can't put a number on health. It's hardly has any taste to it so doesn't affect my toddlers milk.

I am an adult and let me preeface this by saying my farts STINK. I mean sewer, bin day living by an incinerator gagging stink. I'm embarrassed but it's been this way since I was a teen. Oh for my son, his gut is sensitive so it gave him a rash that looked a bit like a fungal rash . We gave him about 3 sachets before we put 2 and 2 together. But I'll leaving 5 stars anyway. Rash went away after stopping with him but I'm buying this for me
