Love this air purifier. On low it is not very loud but on high it is loud. I love that because it drowns out the loud noises of the other people in the house.

***UPDATE*** The level of customer service satisfaction is trough the roof. The fact that they responded to me and took care of this issue for me was amazing, fast responses and always very kind and helpful. My confidence has been restored in this brand, not only for the product but for the customer service as well. Not even a year and now it does not work properly. And to say I loved it was an understatement. So disappointed. For the price I paid I expected this to last longer.

Works great but doesn't have a timer to turn it on. Returned.

I'm not overly impressed. I have several units, this Medify unit is my newest purchase and I have a smaller Medify as well as Shark unit Medify doesn't have Air quality sensor like the Shark, it just operates at the speed you set. The Shark auto feature actually work in sensing the air quality and responds in a reasonable amount of time (1-2min.). You can hear the auto feature kick in the blower motor that self adjust to the percentage needed to perform. I like the idea of the ionizer and the uv features, but I haven't noticed any real benefits. Dust still accumulating, my wife's coughing hasn't improved.

We have deployed two MA 25 filtering devices in our home since COVID, and are extremely satisfied with their performance. Each is very quiet on "low" and we feel they are effective at cleaning the air. I bought the MA 40 UV model expecting the same service and performance. It is very loud. The turbine sound even on low is obtrusive. Looking at the build and the robustness of the filter, I am confident that it is cleaning the air and that it is durable, though it has only been here a week. But I am unable to tolerate the noise of leaving it on low in the background, always running, as I can with the MA 25s. I will be running it intermittently when conditions require it and when we are not in the same room. I am disappointed, but keeping it.
